Day in Grand Eliana Hotel Conference & Spa
My second time staying there and it was even better from the first time. Especially after being in 14 different hotels in Ethiopia within 5 weeks (4 of them in addis Abeba, 3-5 stars), I can say this hotel is one of the good ones and it gives good value for the money. I got a great room with view of two directions. It was clean and quiet. Quality bed, furniture and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and room service were good. Shuttle service from and to the airport.

Havtamu

To start with, Gym is too sexy. Sauna - Pool will make you go crazy. Food is also very good. Kitchen staff is very nice and takes good care of their guests. Reception ladies too were very helpful and helps in every situation. Overall loved it. Plus Food and laundy cost is very reasonable. Location is perfect. In the main city area. I loved it.

Shaileshd

The Eliana Hotel staff have great customer service skills. Mr. Dawit, the supervisor, was so warm and welcoming and kind. I truly enjoyed my stay & a lot of that had to do with how exceptional the staff were.

Melchor

Staff were helpful especially as I was a last minute booking. The bed comfy and the room was very big. The shower was good and hit which is rare in Ethiopia. Breakfast had good variety.

Brenda

The breakfast was good but the lunch and dinner was Kate to serve. The location of the service room is good. The people of the service room were very kind and smiley.

Tesfaye
